AJA Exchange Policy

All sales are FINAL!  No refunds are provided.  Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are not allowed on custom orders, custom designs or gift cards.  The customer must ship the item(s) for exchange to AJA at their own cost, and AJA will ship replacement item(s) to customer at no additional charge.

Electronic gift card items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments are allowed.
